José's Favorite Clovis Chili

Instructions

1. Cook meat over high heat until meat loses color. Drain the grease.
2. Combine meat, water, beans, tomato sauce and José Madrid Clovis Salsa in chili pot.
3. Simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
4. Double the recipe and you will be ready for the next day!
