Instructions

  1. Toast the sliced bread on a cookie sheet in the oven.
  2. When finished let cool.
  3. Spread toast with José Madrid's Roasted Garlic and Olive Salsa.
  4. Top with goat cheese or shredded mozzarella.
  5. Place the toast back in the oven to melt the cheese and serve.
