Instructions

  1. Sauté chopped onion in butter in heavy saucepan.
  2. Stir in flour. Continue to cook flour until golden brown.
  3. Add José Madrid's Verdé Salsa, tomatoes, and cook until mixture thickens.
  4. Add cheddar and stir until melted and bubbling.
  5. Season with José Madrid's Original Hot Salsa.
  6. Transfer to chafing dish or fondue pot.
  7. Serve with white corn tortilla chips.
